How it Works

From conception to completion.

 

Preconstruction:

EverDream Pro offers on-site consultations, site surveys, alignment on objectives, and floor plan designs. We will review your situation, existing conditions, and requirements to provide a detailed proposal for your project, including aspects of the construction process, timelines, and financial budget. Upon agreement, a pre-commitment contract will be signed, stipulating the total cost of the project and the timeline.

2-4 months

Construction Permits & Bylaws

We will start with a site survey, dealing with the City's coordination for permits, arborist report, energy advisor, BC Hydro, BC Gas, 2-5-10 National Home Warranty, and BC Housing/HPO, architectural, structural, and landscaping drawings as per your acceptance, all involved in the building process.

3-10 months

Budget Meeting:

Finalize the costing and reach a consensus on the final budget. Consider this meeting as the checkout point. We can still decide what's included and what's not.

Construction: 

The construction of the home has begun.

8- 12 months

Completed Home

The finishing touches have been completed, ensuring quality. The warranty is now in effect. After scheduling a site visit and walk-through with you, we will provide you with the approved final building inspection and the certification for the 2-5-10 Home Warranty. We will explain the setup of appliances, lights, timers, heating, and air conditioning.
